Welcome to the RC-car wiki!

This wiki will describe the system, and how to use and modify it.

The wiki is split into three parts:

  • Desktop Python Application Which acts as the remote controller, and also receives the video-feed from the device
  • Raspberry Pi Which acts as the interface of the vehicle, communicating with the desktop application and using the RPI cam to produce the video-feed
  • MicroController The heart of the vehicle. Communicates with the RPI through a serial connection, and controls motor/lights/steering etc.
