Update 2.6 is here, it introduces several adjustment to turrets perfomances, blocks efficiency, and a brand new turret archetype

New Content :

Mine Launchers [MNL]

A brand new turret archetype, just as its name implies, these turrets are specialized in deploying mines over distance.

The new turret that will be in this branch is the 'Zounderkite', which will be removed from the energy weapon tech tree into this

Stiletto

Another brand new turret made by sh1penfire, a direct upgrade from hellseeker, it fires multiple missiles in a short burst

Turrets


Machineguns [MG]

  1. Quadra
    • Rate of fire is reduced
    • Inaccuracy is increased
    • Graphite build cost is increased from 5 > 10
  2. Razorback
    • Razorback has been reworked, instead of firing rounds at ludicrous speed, the Razorback will start at a low rate of fire at first and increases its firing speed as it shoots.
    • Health is reduced from 1500 > 800
    • Ammo capacity is reduced from 600 > 400
    • Ammo per shot is reduced from 5 > 1
    • Build cost changes :
      • Titanium 700 > 450
      • Plastanium 750 > 500
      • Surge Alloy 250 > 50
      • Metaglass 550 > 250
      • Graphite 800 > 450

  1. Zounderkite
    • Has been reworked, instead of extending from energy weapon tech tree, the 'Zounderkite' now has its own brand new tech tree the 'Mine Launchers'
    • No longer fires only 1 type of mine, it can now fire several types based on munition

  1. Strikeforce
    • Added drag, reducing its effective range
    • buildCostMultiplier removed
  2. Brasshaven
    • Visual recoil reduced
    • Reduced shot count
    • Range is decreased
    • Damage is increased to compensate for reduced shot count
  3. Hurricane
    • Rate of fire is increased slightly
  4. Trenchgrade
    • Reduced shot count
    • Added drag, reducing its effective range
    • Damage is increased to compensate for reduced shot count

  1. Silence
    • Increased lighning count from 8 > 10
    • Bullet velocity is increased

Productions

  1. Coal Liquefier
    • Liquid capacity is increased
    • Craft time is reduced
    • Fixed Oil production amount
    • Water consumption reduced
  2. Blast Press
    • Blast Compound consumption is reduced from 4 > 1
  3. Combustion Compressor
    • Oil consumption is reduced from 60 > 30

Machine guns

1. Quadra

  • Dps lowered
  • Each ammo feels more unique
  • Range fixed

2. Razorback

  • Windup time increased
  • DPS lowered
  • Range lowered
  • DPS possibly increased at full windup

Shotguns

1. Trenchgade

  • DPS lowered
  • Range lowered

2. Hurricane

  • Overall dps possibly increased
  • Range lowered

3. Brasshaven

  • DPS increased
  • Range decreased

4. Tempest

  • Decreased knockback for graphite ammo
  • Reduced amount of shots
  • Increased reload time
  • Reduced cost slight bit

5. Strikeforce

  • Fixed Strikeforce's bullet range,
  • Increased damage,
  • Decreased DPS.
  • Fixed errors

Railguns

  • Deadeye and Excalibur range fixed
  • Fixed error with hitShake and width

Beam turrets

  • Silence now has a burst of shots that it fires, which stun for shorter periods of time, and have less damage. Range noticibly decreased. It's got a focus a bit more on crowd control now.
  • Multithreat's buffed. It's dps is lower, however it's bullets now slightly home in on enemies to help it aim, and it applies shocked.

Missile turrets

  • Hellseeker range halved, impact damage is higher than splash damage, splash damage reduced, ammo per shot reduced.
  • Added back the Stiletto, but not. T2 missile turret has similar stats to the old hellseeker, and can use titanium as ammo.

Production

  • Coal liquifier cost slightly decreased, increased overall stats.
  • Reduced cost of titanium carbide from 30 to 25

Defense/effect

  • Fixed mender colour errors..?
  • Just extremely slightly nerfed overdriver, decreased the cost
  • Nerfed the Ubermender's heal percent to 55% and reload has been increased.
  • Titanium cost decreased.
    (Ubermender still good)
  • Regenrator has lower heal percent, increased health and range

Drills

  • Made excavator cheaper
  • Fixed a few errors

Items

  • Fixed type errors

Units

  • Fixed some errors

(Units seem fine for their cost ngl)
