Instructions

Color code format: Red, Green, Blue, (Transparency)

• If transparency is unspecified, it is defaulted as 255 (i.e. solidcolor)
• e.g. 255,0,0 for solid red / 255,0,0,120 for a semi-transparent red

USE TRANSPARENT AT YOUR OWN RISK (the text in setting will become invisible)

• Delete the [FrostedGlass] measure if the blur is behaving weird in windows 10
