Add Basic Keyboard Shortcuts

Normally used a pair of microphone headphones to operate in SSB.
I don't always use VOX, sometimes it is uncomfortable, or in any case not appropriate to use at that moment.
I configured a button on my ECODER with the TX on/off function so I can trasmit whenever I want.

It would be very convenient if you could implement some Basic Keyboard Shortcuts for radio operations.

I think the main necessary ones are:
TX on/off (for example I would put this on the very convenient space bar)
TUNE on/off
BAND up/down
VOX on/off

Of course, you can still use the mouse, but sometimes it's more convenient to use the keyboard.
