add R (e.g. r-base conda package) to brainspinner container #263

The SanityOnDocker CI workflow fails because it needs R libraries to build rpy2 against. Add R to the container to fix this.

In #260 we did fix this for the SanityOnMulti run already, so something like that could work for the container as well.
