Hello guys,
Lucia here- Testing the Bulk Load app for the case of interoperability with the forms of the americas, I was trying to upload data to test a transfer but I got the message that the program is not assigned to any orgUnit. When it is actually assigned to 67.
I think it is because I couldn't define the top of the orgUnit tree....but just reporting in case there is some sort of bug
