为了使得 Morny 的在线状态可以被检测，或者提供更多的不需通过 Telegram 就能存取 Morny 资源的能力而添加的 Morny HTTP API。

计划是可以和 2.0 的模块系统完美同步工作，可以通过一些 API 来让模块提供自己的 HTTP API 端口，如果有可能的话，提供自己的前端网站。
