Including FSH Definitions in Examples and Profiles #574

The default rendering of instances in the IG publisher is very poor. Almost worthless.
Others have come up with their own solutions for rendering - see this from Frank McKinney.
Would it be possible to include formatted (md) version of the FSH in the text div? Any other thoughts on getting reasonably rendered examples?

For profiles, I recall that in CIMPL, the CIMPL definition was included in the profile definition, showing up on the 'mapping source' (see below). Could this be reborn with sushi?

I solved this problem using a simple ruby script.
