Fix bug with generated_agents_cust_agentid tests

Minor bug that caused CI failures (should have waited to merge but assumed previous PR changes wouldn't affect anything)

For some reason the python test is passing for 3.9 but failing for python 3.8, will debug locally and see if I can find the issue
