IF CHANGING SEARCH ENGINE DOSEN'T WORK FOLLOW THOSES STEPS !!!
I have mistakenly changed the plugin id during the development so I reverted this change but this has the consequence to pervent settings from saving if you have installed the version 1.1.0 at the beginning. To fix this issue you need to revert the ID manually inside this file %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\settings.json search for 2864bc53a8234d279841369aaf7c1760 and replace this ID with 64861420-a0ca-442d-ae1c-35054e15a4b7 save the file and you should be good to go !
