The identity override tab within the feature modal is not working

Describe the bug

Users who have not yet migrated to Edge can see the identity overrides tab in the feature modal, and when they try to select an identity, an error occurs, the modal closes, and no changes are made.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click on a feature
2. Go to the 'Identity override' tab
3. See the console
4. Select an identity

Expected behavior

• Create an identity override in this tab.
