fix: Validate and handle URL params #3932

Changes

Validate and parse the organisation ID and the Project ID when they come as URL params.
This is done by wrapping the Route component into a new customer component.

How did you test this code?

Tested locally navigating the usual workflows and running the E2E tests.

TODO: In the App.js file there is still manual handling of URL params for project ID. We still need to confirm that this handling will not cause any issue.
