Added ssh authentication support to 9pfs and u9fs

If you want to use pubkey authentication please set up your sshd_config correctly. In addition add your public key to the known_hosts list of the remote machine.
If your private key file is PEM encoded please modify the source code in client/lib/auth_ssh2.c to ask for decryption password.
