Losing GUI changes after analysis errors

When the analysis encounters an error, certain changed settings (including name, time point, and wild type) are not preserved when control returns to the GUI after the error. The config file needs to be saved and reloaded after correcting the settings.

The workaround for this issue is to always save (or save as...) the config file when prompted before starting the analysis.
