In a Python 2.7 environment with an up-to-date version of pip, install via:
sudo pip install rla_export-1.1.0.3.tar.gz --upgrade
or in a virtualenv without sudo.
This, along with the v1.1.0 server release it is based on, was used in Colorado's Coordinated Election on November 7, 2017.

The server identified itself as 1.1.0, while the rla_export version was 1.1.0.3.
