FileZilla 3.62.0-noupdate

This is a minor modification of the core release of FileZilla 3.62.0-beta1.

noupdate changes

• Halts update check obsolete timer
• Default settings have update checking set to never
• Icons changed slightly to denote the build you are running (a stale colour, heh)

Supported systems

FileZilla-noupdate has been tested specifically (although not extensively) with the following:

• Windows 10
• Windows 11
• Debian 10 (Buster)
• Debian 11 (Bullseye)

Tested architectures:

• x86-64 / amd64

Note: I have little experience in building Linux binaries and had to work outside the documentation to build despite such simple goals for this arguably pedantic fork. Most of my attempts to properly link most of FileZilla's libraries in Linux appears to have been ignored by the compiler, so your mileage may vary more so than the official build. I'm sure some experienced penguins can sort it out.
I figured these silly changes would be more attractive to Windows users but tried to cover as many bases as possible.
