i think its kinda useless for having them both in a navbar and footer when we have a fixed nav bar right? Also the nav bar is not properly centered as u can see in the Screenshot

my solution will be include only the subscribe to news letter and resources to be in the footer and rest of the elements are better in the nav-bar, its just a suggestion ofc

About, Events, Gallery, projects should be present at nav bar not in footer as it attracts the user more and easily accessible(we can make the nav bar sticky in position. Only the social media links are good enough in the footer. Let me help in that
