GE ASKE System Dialog Version 1.1.0
This is an update to GE ASKE to make it compatible with SADL 3.5.0. SADL 3.5.0 must be installed before installing GE ASKE.

This release is part of a beta release of the DARPA ASKE TA1 ANSWER project as part of milestone M11. It must be used with the SADL release of the same date.
Sequence Tagging Model for extraction of Scientific Concepts and Equations
This release includes a pre-trained sequence tagging model for extraction of scientific concepts and equations from text. The resources folder needs to be placed under DARPA-ASKE-TA1/ModelsFromText/.
Run getTextExtractionModels.sh under DARPA-ASKE-TA1/ModelsFromText/ for automatically downloading the models in the appropriate location.
It also includes a jar and related resources to launch an ontology-driven concept mapper service that the text extraction services depend on.
Run getAndRunConceptMapperService.sh under DARPA-ASKE-TA1/ModelsFromText/ for automatically downloading and starting the service.
