At a glance

In order to have an expected delivery and outcome for onboarding new/return partner agencies, we need a set of processes and structured messaging that Comms and PO agree on.

Acceptance Criteria

We need

  • a Google doc with processes for onboarding new/return users of Search.gov
  • a Google doc with scripted content/messaging to base the conversation off of
  • We are keeping these processes and content in Google to make sure they are more accessible (access)

Scenario:

when

  • A new user reaches out to ask questions about Search.gov services...
  • A new user reaches out to request the services of Search.gov...
  • A return user asks questions about Search.gov services
  • A return user requests to rejoin Search.gov services
    ...

then...

If there's UI...

  • Screen reader - Listen to the experience with a screen reader extension, ensure the information presented in order
  • Keyboard navigation - Run through acceptance criteria with keyboard tabs, ensure it works.
  • Text scaling - Adjust viewport to 1280 pixels wide and zoom to 200%, ensure everything renders as expected. Document 400% zoom issues with USWDS if appropriate.

This document aims to provide step-by-step on how to conduct Customer Account Management Process (CAMP) for Search.gov accounts.
