Currently one can init the config with the current plot nft state for a mnemonic. Should the state change on chain there currently is no way to update that in the config except for recreating it through a new init.
This PR adds a
update-pool-infocommand which fetches the current plot nft state based on the farmer infos in the config, and updates the pool info section in the config accordingly.
