Make "Terms & Conditions signed" more explicit?

Currently, there is no connectivity between the actual terms and conditions signature from the customer and the approval process in lana. The document can be uploaded, but it's a fully manual process for approvers to verify the document. And the approvers may be different from the person responsible for getting/verifying the signature.

Future update, we should have a way to indicate/check in admin panel that T&C have been signed. Either by integration with esigning tool, or a checkbox in the customer detail.
