Get rid of old serialization

We should phase out the old serialization system entirely and replace it by the reflection and the new serialization system based on it.

• Move old serialization code to cubos::core::data::old namespace #436
• Integrate reflection with the ECS #462 (serialization tasks done 😌)
• Implement new serialization based on new reflection #435
• Add a new JSONBridge which uses the new serializers #856
• Stop using serialization for grids and palettes #572
• Stop using serialization for input bindings #855
• Remove old JSONBridge and BinaryBridge #857
• Stop using old serialization for Settings #1100
• Remove old serialization code #1101
