UT3 Server Query can't start

Hello,
after gamespy shutdown i can't see server on openspy master server list.

Webadmin and gameserver don't show errors (listening: OK) but for query listen shows: 0 so i think don't respond.

Any ideas? In other UT Game you can add simply a string in UTxxx.ini but doesn't seems that it doesn't work for UT3.
