mommy has lots of improvements from lots of good little helpers~

• mommy is now totally data-driven, new moods and templates can be added with only the responses.json~

• 'cargo mommy i mean daddy' will turn cargo-mommy into cargo-daddy (it's not just daddy that works)~

• mommy now reflects on her true nature, so if you invoke her as cargo-daddy, she'll default to calling herself "daddy" and read config from CARGO_DADDYS_* (note the extra S at the end!)~

• mommy now handles colors better when piped to a file~

• mommy has lots of type fixes and new things to say to you~

• mommy can now be in an "ominous" mood~

• mommy has more docs~

• mommy now exit codes positively when you make a mistake~

• mommy now notices when she's run too many times recursively~

• mommy now has proper ci and release engineering~

• mommy now has prebuilt binaries and curl|sh installers from cargo-dist~

• mommy now has a website from oranda where you can get the prebuilt binaries~
