  1. Every Saturday at 0900, check PayPal balance
  2. If PayPal balance > £5 email treasury@geek.zone "PayPal balance is over £5, please transfer to bank"

Brownie points:

  1. Every day at 0001, check PayPal balance
  2. If PayPal balance > £5, transfer all funds to Geek.Zone/Bank account

This has now been built into PayPal
