Add debug stream view

[capital-G]

It would be nice to attach to an existing stream (starting a new stream is hard).
This could either be by an existing stream-uuid or filter show all running and past streams of a selected graph in the editor.

Things to display

• logs (see Add logging of stream variables #468 )
• stream variables
• info about stream endpoint instance (already available)
• follow stream within story graph (would be possible via the stream subscription)
• Show SuperCollider poll data in a graph (e.g. use https://stackblitz.com/github/apertureless/vue-chartjs/tree/main/sandboxes/line?file=index.ts )

It would be also nice to adjust/overwrite e.g. the GPS location of the stream via a map or overwrite stream variables for debugging purposes.
