change random island settings

Hi all,
I have a problem with the map editor.
All is locked islands ship path and discoverys.

Now I only change settings in C3, all other is locked, or i edit a discovery.

Then I save the project file and export.

I don't change for example things in A1.

Then I use a tool to check the export and the actually file on the live server.

And they change a minimal X or Y and move the island in A1 or a other untouched Grid random.

I check the files with winmerge

At the top under Edit there is Edit Locks. Click on Unlock all to see if that frees movement again. If not open the .json for the project in a program like Notepad++ do a search for "islandlocked" go to each one and verify it says false.
