First working release!

Features:

Set Genshin folder, grabs event-relevant backgrounds automatically!
Connect to any external private server, you can also just specify localhost
Seamlessly play between official and private servers
Comes with a proxy service, no need to use Fiddler or set up mitmproxy yourself!

To use:

Run install.cmd to download proxy stuff
Run GrassCutter.exe!
