Antitrust Policy

Linux Foundation meetings involve participation by industry competitors, and it is the intention of the Linux Foundation to conduct all of its activities in accordance with applicable antitrust and competition laws. It is therefore extremely important that attendees adhere to meeting agendas, and be aware of, and not participate in, any activities that are prohibited under applicable US state, federal or foreign antitrust and competition laws.

Examples of types of actions that are prohibited at Linux Foundation meetings and in connection with Linux Foundation activities are described in the Linux Foundation Antitrust Policy available at http://www.linuxfoundation.org/antitrust-policy. 1. Carbon Aware SDK
   Carbon Aware SDK proceeding to Graduation - on track for 31 January
   Working towards 1.3 release

2. Carbon CI pipeline
   Sophie has been having meetings with Fergus kidd. Project is currently blocked
   Impact framework may end up providing a solution for the blocker .
   Chair is planning to run a hackathon team that is planning to look at the contents of the project . Looking for volunteers to come and contribute.

3. Awesome Green Software
   Right now this project is on hold. Need more contributors for this project
   Sophie will be discussing with the lead next week on future scope

4. Impact Framework
   New developer hired
   Weekly live stream ongoing for carbon hack 2024.
   Documentation updates ongoing.
   Shipped time synchronization feature, new aggregation feature
   Developer guidelines shared.
   Feature enhancements ongoing.
