This package seem very promising! However, I have not tried on my own pilot experiment yet, because as far as I understand it will only work for a case-control design (due to the Cohen's d effect size). My data has three groups (Control, Disease 1 and disease 2), where I want to be able differentiate all three groups from each other. Is there a way to solve this?
I fear that multiple comparisons will affect the results as I would not get the same PLS scores if I leave one group out.
Thank you for the work and package!
