Currently Russian translation is ready via Transiflex but in order to view it at site you have to include some code before /head> at every page:

Why tx? transifex.com is used by many OSM projects today and usually we don't want to hop between multiple tranlsation platforms.

Currently portions of source code are not translatable due to http://docs.transifex.com/live/webmasters/#how-phrases-are-detected
Examples:
Simple solution is to exclude //meaningfull comments from pre> blocks (code) into separate p> sections or to use more complex syntax: http://docs.transifex.com/live/webmasters/#fine-tune-translatable-content
