gwion-fmt: format Gwion code

A simple utility to clenly format Gwion code.

Command line usage

• -u takes a python-ish version of Gwion as input
• -p outputs a python-ish version of input
• -r toggles python-ish input and ouput
• -m outputs a minified version of input
• -c toggles colored output
• -e toggles preprocessor expansion (WIP)

TODO

The preprocessor might lead to some problems for now.
