Hello, it seems that sparse matrices from the Matrix package are not supported, or at least I cannot get Wrench to work with them. [To be clear, I am talking about matrices stored in a sparse format (e.g. compressed sparse row, compressed sparse column, etc.)---obviously the method is designed for data that has sparsity, e.g. lots of zeros, and seems to work fine for data that has this feature but is stored in a "dense" representation.]
Is it possible to use Wrench with data stored as sparse matrices, and if not, is that a feature that you would consider adding?
Thank you!
