Right now, these get saved with nan values, and that perhaps is making it so we can't visualize them. We need a way to visualize these. Sometimes, visualizing the failed spots is more informative than visualizing the ones that succeeded.

This was fixed by HEXRD/hexrd#560. It appears that reflections are not found if either the data does not contain any signal or if no peaks were found by ndimage.label().
