Thanks for your interest on ClairS-TO. As for your dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_hac@v5.0.0 data input, you can use the r1041_e82_400bps_sup_v420 model or the r1041_e82_400bps_hac_g657 model to have a try.
