When translating (Identifier Use code system)[https://hl7.org/fhir/R4/codesystem-identifier-use.html] the possibility of some fixed values for identifier.use can be considered for specific slices.

E.g.
personnummer, use = official
organisationsnummer, use = official
reservnummer, use = temp
