UX Improvements.

1. When searching the search text should not get deleted after executing the search.
2. If no results are found text should be displayed that none were found (people might assume its hanging)
3. Remove the black loading progress bar and move it into the list of users (so the whole screen doesn't turn black really quickly). A spinner should still be there, but only take up the appropriate space.
4. The two call to actions are redundant, remove the first "Access, Manage, Recruit and Contact Talents"
   
5. Change "Welcome to HackGT Sponsorship Portal" to just "HackGT Sponsorship Portal" (there's no good way to know whether to add the 'the' if the name is configurable)
6. Remove this top bar, seems useless:
   
7. Remove particle effects, not easy to style when we want to theme this for different events and would be OK internally but not professional when presenting to a sponsor.
8. 'Export' label breaks when window gets small:

Esp. with your new UI, these might not be applicable anymore.
