I got the same error on the default "out/" directory so tried switching everything to the same folder. Same problem. Expected behaviorIf I run from the command line, then BibTeX works correctly: ...\src> pdflatex main.tex So this works... Actual behaviorSee above. Can anyone explain what might be going on? What is the working directory that is shown in the bibtex run configuration? I would appreciate it if you could delete the run configurations and re-generated them, then check whether it works, because the automatically generated run configurations should always work. |

You're right, thank you! The working directory for BibTeX is set to:
I don't know how that happened. After removing both run configurations (LaTeX and BibTeX) and running main again, it works. The working directory for the BibTeX configuration is now blank, which I assume is default. Not sure how that happened, but if anyone has a similar problem that's how to solve it! I can close this now, but I am curious how do you think the weird directory got set? |

Oh no, not again. I've already solved that bug where it's setting any paths to the Hm, it shouldn't be blank I think, it should be the directory where |

It is probably not what you expect, so you can change it manually to fix it.
