How can I fix the CreatProcess Error? Does the plugin PDF Viewer support the Pycharm platform?

My question

I have installed the TeXiFy in my Pycharm.
When I press the Ctrl+Shift+X to preview the equation, the equtaion preview from the side bar shows me

"Cannot run program "pdf2svg.exe" (in directory "C:\Users\dell\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp446839763191361691.tmp"): CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the specified file."

Though an error occur in the preview, the equation in the PDF file is ok.
Actually, when I ran my tex file at first time, the similar error occurred, too. The error disappear after I restart Pycharm.
So, how can I fix the problem?

According to the README file of the TEXiFy, it seems that I can preview the PDF version of my tex file after installing the plugin named PDF Viewer. But I can not find the plugin in my marketplace. When I try install Plugin from Disk after downloading the archive, it shows that the plugin, PDF Viewer, is not compatible with my IDE.
After browsing home page of the plugin the link of PDF Viewer , I found that the plugin supports all IntelliJ-based IDEs, which upsets me a lot.

TexiFy 0.6.10
PDF Viewer(archive) 0.11.1 & 0.10.2

Operating System

Windows 10

Equation preview

Currently you need to have Inkscape installed to use previews (I'm working on changing that, but I'm having problems with fonts and svg files). See here: https://github.com/Hannah-Sten/TeXiFy-IDEA/wiki/Preview#instructions-for-windows

PDF Viewer plugin

You need to update PyCharm to at least 2020.2, but I would recommend the latest version 2021.2. That should also allow you to update TeXiFy to a later version, as your version is over a year old.

Besides，after updating the IDE, the equation preview window shows 'Can't read input file'. Does the error has someting to do with the absence of Inkscape??

For the equation preview, I recently improved it, please try this version:
TeXiFy-IDEA-0.7.9-noneaddress.zip

It does still have the font problem #2013 but it should work without any setup.
