Is it possible to lookup glossary entries or abbreviation from external files ?

If I outsource abbreviations or glossary entries from my main.tex file to external files and read them into main.tex in the preamble

\loadglsentries{acronym.tex}
\loadglsentries{glossar.tex}

I don't get a lookup for the already defined entries when creating content in main.tex e.g. using \gls{}

Is this generally not possible with TeXiFy or have I done something wrong or overlooked something ?

Thanks for the comment! I believe this was simply never implemented, I didn't know about that command. Glossaries support was fairly recent anyway: #2388 by @fberlakovich .
Please create a new issue so we don't forget to look into this :)
