Citation undefined (inconsistent build behaviour)

Hello! Thanks for this awesome Plugin, I have enjoyed working with it very much so far.

How can I fix my citations?
My Tex document is currently compiling some of the entries in my bib-file, and others not.
I am citing with
\cite{reference}
but if the citation is not generated correctly it will just put reference in bold font.
There is one bib-file and one main-file, both in the same working directory.

The output log shows:

LaTeX Warning: Citation 'morpheme' on page 9 undefined on input line 11.

LaTeX Warning: Citation 'MORPHOLOGICALCOMPLEXITY' on page 9 undefined on input line 18.

Intellij IDEA 2022.3.1 + Texify 0.7.25.1 + TeX, Version 3.141592653 (TeX Live 2022/Arch Linux) (preloaded format=tex)

Here's what I've tried so far:
Update IDE + Texify
Delete Intellij Caches
Intellij > Build > Rebuild Project
Split chapters into files
Use the citation in different locations
Edit the bib-file entry to match other working entries of @book and @misc
Use the IDE auto-suggestion to full citation command | write it out manually

Also, on a second note: is there a way to rerun biber / bibtex? When I try ~ biber main.tex it tells me my aux and blg are missing (they are in the output folder).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Issue has been resolved:

1. Intellij > Run > Edit configurations: deleted output path for Biber run config, close settings window
2. Run configurations: selected Biber run configuration, run with Shift+F10
3. Check Biber Output Log for malformed entries: in my case it was isbn = {12342134; 56875687} in my @book
4. Intellij > Run > Edit configurations: re-entered old (project) output path for Biber run config, close settings window
5. Run configurations: select your main compilation config and compile the document

Citations are now in check for me. I have no idea why the @misc citation wouldn't compile earlier, since it was not changed in this solution.

Fixing malformed entries is definitely a good idea. Usually TeXiFy should warn you about problems like this by exiting the biber run configuration with exit code 1. Glad you got it fixed!
