Delete Stale Branches

@PHPirates can you delete some of the abundant stale branches?

I'm sure some contain some useful commits, but others are very old, and are just taking up space.

Very old commits can still be useful. They shouldn't be taking up space, simply don't check them out locally.

I'm much more concerned about keeping the code tidy, in particular not copy pasting code

which, on a fresh clone, outputs this:

I see 4 very easy deletions which all have zero commits, plenty have only one.

 222-update: Super minor changes that largely have been overwritten. Likely that they wouldn't work today anyway
- 231-since-version: Very outdated. Changed build.kts which has been overwritten and is behind by a lot
- 2744-jabref: most edited files do not exist anymore
  aftergroup-2: lots of cosmetic changes, could maybe be useful?
- arrow-2: No commits, no excuses
- backslash-selection-2: Wow, 3 year old branch with one commit. Changed a few java files which im sure are still around and relevant
- bibitem-test: one commit titled "Bibitem test isn't working" and deleted two files, no other changes.
+ configurable-key: active branch
- Deprecations-2: 2 years old with commit titles talking about updating to 2021.2
+ Docs
  docs-texinfo: Minor refactoring but added LatexInfoCommandFinder.kt, so mayyyy be useful
- Documentation: 6 YEARS OLD, 3 commits
- duplicate-highlisting-fix: no commits (i dont know why it isnt showing as deleted)
- external-tool-check: no commits, no happiness
- gradle-grammarkit-plugin: 1 commit editing build.gradle.kts. 
- gradle-grammarkit-plugin-4: no commits!
- gradle-grammarkit-plugin-3: one change to .gitignore and associated files
- index-and-stub: minor refactoring that is two years old and also has been overwritten
  indexing-describemacro: changed generated files more than anything else, likely not useful, so more research is needed
+ intertwined-forward-search: lots of changes, 2+ years old, though
  keyval_value: likely unhelpful, but double check the two commits
- knitr: only one non-cosmetic commit, two meaningful lines changed
+ master
- pdf-viewer-working-tests: one commit, 2 years old, and only removed one line
  performance-2: less than a year old, but only 3 commits
- project-templates: one commit, nothing impressive
  proxy: might be useful, but not much changed. has to do with mendeley api
+ run-config-ui: non-stale branch!
- texlive-compiler: 5 years old, one commit
+ url-breaking: non-stale
- dependabot...: why is this here? one CHARACTER changed and overwritten on master

That includes merge commits, mine doesnt, notice the difference in intertwined-forward-search.
