This PR fixes various PWA-related issues that were (re)introduced with #374. Hopefully, offline functionality should work without having to refresh the page at least once, audio is now pre-cached (so all sound sets should be available on the first load). Behind the scenes, the use of
processwas dropped in favor ofimport.meta(thanks for the heads-up @danielroe, and sorry for not merging your PR, #374 rewrote a bunch of stuff).
