Controller analog stick sensitivity is missing after #1220

#1220 removes the sensitivity options from the main controller configuration window, but it doesn't appear to put them anywhere. Now that we have the "Enhanced" controls window in Enhancements > Controls, that would be a good place to put those back (once the right stick and gyro control sections are moved in there).
