option to make rando required cucco slider only change required cuccos for check, not rupees

every time i re-enter kak i can talk to anju and get 50 rupees, not sure what's making that happen

I believe this is a vanilla feature, being able to re-catch all the cuccos for 50 rupees. But if you have anju cucco count set to 0, then you have automatically caught all the cuccos every time you enter kak. If we dont want the free rupees getting abused, may need to add a inf check flag against the cucco count to only apply if you haven't gotten the first reward yet.

that makes sense, i had always set it to at least 1 when playing before so i hadn't noticed (i accidentally talked to her when sidehopping this time and got rupees)

i'm not sure what the desired behavior here is, i feel like it should only be the actual check that is changed by the "cuccos required" slider, but it definitely feels like a preference thing

Can this be optional its how I get rupees as child fast and its also the same way in n64 rando.
