EXPECT ROUGH EGDES, THIS IS NOT FULLY OPTIMIZED OR BUG FREE

FIXED:
Users where prone to crashing due to a bug found in the netplay game list

ADDED:
Faster load times at the start of the session, this change should mostly remove the long pause before the game comes up.

Currently Windows only, 2 Players only, no spectating, Direct IP only (for now).
