Why does virtual keyboard keeps popping up when physical keyboard is on ? #1124

I'm using Heliboard on my phone (LineageOS 21) and on my tablet (OnePlus Pad 2, stock ROM). I just connected a Logitech MX Keys Mini to both, but on my phone, when the keyboard is focused on it, the virtual keyboard from Heliboard keeps popping up, and doesn't disappear when I type (which works fine). Does anybody have an idea why this happens, please ? It works fine on my tablet. |

There is a setting in Android in Languages & Input -> Physical keyboard (might be in a different place on your device though). |

Looks like this is some bug in LineageOS 21. I tested on LineageOS 17 and there it works correctly. |
