Can I change the Symbol (not the Layout)?

I don't use underscore (_) a lot and I'd rather put a slash (/), which I type more often, in the "f" key. Can I replace it?

I prefer not to use the Layout because I use it for not so important characters like ñ. My hint order is Symbol first, then Layout.

you can replace it in the "symbols" configuration instead of messing with the layout...
