[Feature] Allow manually reordering items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
STM allows sorting items by name or date, but this does not allow the user to reorder the items as they please.

Allow the user to reorder items, preferably via drag and drop (with Shift or Ctrl key pressed).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually adding numbers before each item. Ick!
