Disable logs follow animation

Description and Context

When using hs logs app --follow an animation runs to indicate the app is waiting. The problem is that this prevents selecting of text in the terminal. An option to disable the animation would be nice.

When developing an app, I find myself wanting to copy the output of the log to process in some way, but having to quit the log, copy the text and then restart the command is a bit of a pain.

I'm using version 4.0
